Support for your leadership and energy this season

Dear Reader,

You may be seeing my name in your inbox a bit more this year, and that is intentional.

One of my commitments for 2026 is to show up more consistently, not only when I’m hosting a workshop or launching something, but also when I come across resources, conversations and opportunities that I genuinely believe could support this community.

This email is one of those moments.

Over the next couple of months, I’m participating in a few opportunities that support leadership, clarity and energy in different ways. I wanted to share them all in one place so you can decide what, if anything, feels supportive for you right now. I’ll also be sharing more details about each of these opportunities in separate emails over the next few weeks.

1. Lead Well, Live Well Collection: Free resource available through February 11

I’m a contributor to the Lead Well, Live Well Collection, a free, limited-time bundle of practical tools created for new and emerging leaders who want to grow without burning out.

The collection includes resources focused on leadership confidence, decision-making, communication, stress and energy management, personal wellbeing and more. You get to choose what you download based on what you actually need.

My contribution is the Rising Leader Mindset Toolkit, a resource designed to support leaders navigating increased responsibility while managing self-doubt, stress and pressure to perform.

Access the Lead Well, Live Well Collection. This collection is only available until February 11.

2. MEEE Month: Runs February 2–28

I’m also speaking during MEEE Month, a month-long virtual experience centered on the idea of self-centered as a strategy.

Short, bite-sized sessions are released weekly across four themes: Mind, Energy, Empire, and Expression. The pacing is intentional and manageable, designed to support momentum without overwhelm.

My session is titled Stop Pouring From an Empty Cup: Energy Boundaries for Women Who Lead, and it’s for women who want to protect their energy without guilt while continuing to lead well.

Register for MEE Month. You get free All Skate access through March 2. If you’d like additional resources and access to the contributor product vault, you can upgrade to the Gold Skate Pass. The 50% discount ends February 6 at 9am ET, after which the price increases to $97.

3. Women Thrive Summit: Virtual event March 16–20, 2026

In March, during Women’s History Month, I’ll be speaking at the Women Thrive Summit, a global virtual event featuring 50+ women speakers and an anticipated audience of thousands from around the world.

My session focuses on moving from perfectionism to progress and releasing the habit of waiting until you feel ready before taking action. I’ll share more details about my talk soon, but I wanted you to have the dates and link now. Save your spot for the Women Thrive Summit.

As always, take what serves you and leave the rest. My hope is that one of these opportunities might support you in leading with more clarity, steadiness, and intention this season.

Warmly,
Jennifer

P.S. A quick reminder that the leadership collection closes on February 11, and the MEEE Month upgrade discount ends February 6.

And then this happened. I’ve been nominated for a Women Thrive Speaker Award. When I saw my name, I paused. Not because I was surprised I did a good job, but because of what it represents. This wasn’t about being perfect. It was about showing up fully,...
